Q: Do you buy and sell coins, or just sell them?
A: I do both. I must buy coins in order to sell them. One of the most important sources of my buying is through the general public. I buy everything from single coins to sets to collections to accumulations.
------------------------------------------
Q: Do you buy anything besides coins?
A: Yes, I also buy currency (paper money), tokens of all types, and medals.
------------------------------------------
Q: Do you buy and sell U.S. and World?
A: Yes, I buy and sell U.S. and World coins, currency, tokens, and medals.
------------------------------------------
Q: Will you give me an offer on my coin(s) over the phone?
A: No, not without seeing them first. Once you have shipped them to me (securely packaged and insured), I will then go through them and make an offer to you. The offer can be verbal if you provide your phone number or in the form of a check, whichever you prefer.
------------------------------------------
Q: Will you come to my place to look at my coins and make an offer?
A: That is determined on a case-by-case basis.
------------------------------------------
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: I accept PayPal, checks, and money orders. If you want to pay by check or money order you need to go ahead and submit your order so I can hold the items for you, mail me your payment, and once your payment has cleared the bank, I'll ship the items to you. If you want to pay with a credit card, you can go to PayPal.com, set up an account, then use PayPal for your purchases with me.
------------------------------------------
Q: What is the best way for me to ship my coins, currency, tokens, and/or medals to you?
A: Please make an itemized list of what you are shipping for my offer (make a copy of it and keep the copy for yourself), put the list in the package with your material, pack it tightly so there are no loose items to rattle around during shipment (could damage them, other items, and cause the package to bust open), then make sure you insure the package for what you think it's worth or more. It never hurts to send them by Insured and Registered Mail, especially if there is more value than you care to lose to the U. S. Post Office. Be sure to include your day and evening telephone numbers and your mailing address in the package.
------------------------------------------
Q: How will you make the offer to me?
A: I will call you and make the offer. You can then decide if you want to accept it (You can call me back with your decision if you'd like. It doesn't have to be made at the moment I make the offer). If you accept the offer, I'll send the payment to you in the mail that day or the next, depending on the time of day and how busy things are. If you don't accept the offer, I'll return your material to you and there will be no hard feelings.
