Buying Policy
I need to buy coins and currency in order to continue to sell them. I buy single coins, coin sets, coin collections, and coin accumulations, even hoards. This is also true of currency, tokens, and medals, just about anything that comes from a die or printing press and is used in trade. I buy U.S. and World.
Collectors and the general public, including people who have inherited coins and currency, are one of my largest and most important sources of coins, currency, tokens, and medals.
It is impossible to make a guaranteed offer on something without first seeing it. I can give my offer on coins without seeing them, but it will be in the form of a range. That range will start at a bottom-of-the-barrel price in case it is not as described or is over- or under-graded (I've seen it both ways, even with slabbed coins).
Therefore, my advice is to carefully and securely pack (making sure nothing is loose in the package) any items you may want to sell, including an itemized list and your contact information. You can include your asking price or ask for my offer, it's up to you. Then mail them to me via insured, registered mail through the U. S. Postal Service to: Denny's Coins & Mint Errors, P. O. Box 701, Nevada, TX 75173-0701
I will make an offer on your coin(s) / collection within 24 hours of receiving it, by phone if you include your contact telephone number or by mail if that's what you prefer. If we don't reach an agreed price I will return the material back to you. If we do reach an agreed price, I will reimburse your postage and insurance costs.
If you would prefer that I travel to your location to make an offer, contact me at 972-853-2508 and we can discuss it.
Under certain circumstances I would consider selling your coins/currency on consignment. That is something we would have to discuss and I won't even consider doing it without being able to examine and have possession of them before listing them on my website.
