Grade: EX. F. Details, Obverse Rim Bump, Cleaned, Net VF 20.
I believe ANACS was unduly harsh on this coin. The color doesn't look like it's a cleaned coin, the rim bump doesn't show on the Reverse and almost doesn't show on the Obverse, and it has EX. F. 45 details. Knocking it down over half of its numerical grade was extremely critical.
It's a decent looking 1889-CC Morgan Silver Dollar. Check the pictures and see what you think.
